Changing Our Diet

I came across this card online and it made me laugh.  We have been focused on cutting out processed foods and refined sugars – and I don’t eat gluten – so it means a lot of new recipes and experimentation.  My husband is more of a sweets person than I am, so the transition seems to be a little more challenging for him.  This card (which is dripping with sarcasm) pretty much sums up his thoughts.  I am so proud of him though!  He is truly doing awesome and I just try to keep the house stocked with fresh fruit so that he doesn’t even realize he hasn’t had ice cream or cookies 😉
